How to submit a Modification form.

To keep uniformity, preserve integrity, and establish guidelines and standards for improvement projects within The Village at Glen Ridge, the following rules have been enacted and apply to all requests for exterior changes, alterations, and modifications: A written request for any change, alternation or modification to the exterior of any home unit, the common or limited common element must be submitted to the Board for approval.


To submit a Modification form.

Log into your PMI Scioto Metro account, and under Owner.



Click on the ACC Request and then click on Add ACC Request.


You can add photos, and a drawing of your plan via this form.


Any change, alteration, or modification must be submitted to the Board in writing.


The change, alteration, or modification can only be started after written Board approval.
